第５回交流会　外国料理教室

今治市国際交流協会の今年度最終イベント、外国料理教室が開かれました。
講師は日本の方と結婚し、現在は大島在住のアイリーン・苅田さん（フィリピン出身）にお願いしました。
参加者の方々はアドボ、ティノランド・トゥルヤチキンマカロニサラダの3品を熱心に作りました。
ICIEA hold a foreign cooking class as the last event of 2006 fiscal year.
Arlene Karita from Philippine, who has married Japanese and lived in Oshima, generously showed the participants how to make Filipino Cuisine.
The attendants made three different meals, such as ' Adobo', 'Tinoland Tulya(Clam Soup), and Chicken Macaroni Salad.
