平成１９年度最初の交流会が開かれました。
まず最初にゲームをして場の雰囲気がなごんだところで、お弁当が配られ、参加者たちは思い思いのグループをつくり、おいしい食事とおしゃべりを楽しみました。
昨年につづいて設けられた野点の席も大好評で、お花見の席に彩りを添えてくれました。
外国人参加者の方にとっても、日本文化に触れるよい機会になったことでしょう。
お天気も上々で、楽しい春の1日となりました。
ICIEA held the annual Ohanami (a picnic under the cherry blossoms) as its first event of the 2007 fiscal year.
More than 150 attendees enjoyed playing games, listening to the songs, and looking at a tea ceremony performance.
The participants from abroad had the opportunity to experience a little Japanese culture by attending an open air tea ceremony.
Everyone enjoyed a nice box lunch under the open sky.
They caught up with their acquaintances and friends and met new people as well.
The weather was nice and everyone had a good time.
