ICIEA invited Maher Hassan from Egypt as a cooking instructor this time. He showed
the participants how to make Egyptian dishes, adding various spices quickly and deftly.
Home-made cookies kindly supplied by his wife and Egyptian Hibiscus tea were offered
while everyone enjoyed delicious Egyptian dishes.
