Foreign Cooking Class ‘ Indian Cuisine’

ICIEA organized a foreign cooking class inviting Mr. Giriraj Italiya from Gujarat, India
as a cooking instructor. This is always a very popular event in which applicants for the
class reaches the limit right after we start accepting applications.
The dishes we made were Green Pea Kicchari, Shak, and Gota (green beans porridge,
vegetable curry and fried potato dumpling). A variety of spices were added to the dishes
to bring authentic Indian flavors to them. The taste was new to the participants, but
everyone really liked it!
