'Australian Kitchen'

ICIEA had its annual cooking event on the 14th of February. This event started in 2003 and has hosted Chinese, British and Korean cooking classes in the past. The instructor of this year was Steve Clacher from Sydney, Australia. At the beginning, he demonstrated two dishes:Chicken & Earthy Vegetable Risotto' and ' Salmon & Summer Salad'. Then the participants made those two dishes following his recipe. Steve said that healthy meals which used fresh fish and vegetables were popular in Australia. He got some ideas for these dishes in restaurants, and then created his own recipe. Everyone enjoyed the food which had ingredients that are easy to find and the whole process was not that difficult, but the result was very tasty.
